Fewer than half of Americans in a new poll say they trust President Trump or his health-related nominees<\/a> to make recommendations on the nation’s pressing health care issues.<\/p>\n The latest KFF survey<\/a>, published Tuesday, finds 42 percent of respondents say they have either a great deal or fair amount of trust in Trump to make the right recommendations when it comes to health issues.<\/p>\n A similar 43 percent say the same about Dr. Mehmet Oz, Trump\u2019s pick to lead<\/a> the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Another 43 percent said the same about Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whom Trump tapped to head<\/a> the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).<\/p>\n
